a kit that can be used to reverse the effects of an overdose on heroin or
prescription pain medicine. Capital BlueCross said Monday it will provide up to
$50,000 in funding in its 21-county coverage area for an overdose rescue kit
that contains naloxone and an atomizer, a device to administer the naloxone
